1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeQuote website, platform, software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using MeQuote, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements applicable to specific products or services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
MeQuote reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of the Service following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, MeQuote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended business purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property, software, algorithms, pricing models, documentation, or platform features.
Except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement, you may not:

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works;

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to:

• Immediately notify MeQuote of any unauthorized access;

• Ensure that only authorized users access your account.

MeQuote is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
4. User Content and Uploaded Documents
You retain ownership of all documents, specifications, drawings, quotations, pricing schedules, images, files, and other materials uploaded to MeQuote ("User Content").
By uploading User Content, you grant MeQuote a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Store, process, analyze, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service;

• Generate quotations, estimates, pricing recommendations, and related outputs;

• Improve platform functionality, pricing accuracy, automation capabilities, and user experience;

• Develop, train, validate, and improve artificial intelligence, machine learning, and pricing systems;

• Create aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified datasets for analytics, benchmarking, research, and product development.

Where commercially reasonable, MeQuote will take steps to aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify data before using it for model training and service improvement.
You acknowledge that MeQuote may continue to use anonymized, aggregated, and derived data after your account is terminated.
5. AI and Pricing Model Training
You expressly acknowledge and agree that documents, pricing information, quotations, specifications, project details, and related information uploaded to MeQuote may be used to:

• Train and improve pricing algorithms;

• Develop machine learning models;

• Enhance quote generation capabilities;

• Improve estimation accuracy;

• Develop new products and services.

MeQuote will not sell identifiable customer documents to third parties.
Enterprise customers may be offered separate agreements that provide alternative data usage arrangements.
6. Representations and Warranties
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload all User Content;

• Your User Content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights of any third party;

• You have obtained all necessary consents required by applicable privacy laws.

Users under 18 years of age may not register for or use the Service.
7. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful business and commercial purposes related to generating quotations, managing pricing information, and related workflows.
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities;

• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content;

• Interfere with platform operations;

• Circumvent security measures;

• Access data belonging to other users without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to MeQuote, including software, source code, algorithms, AI models, pricing engines, databases, trademarks, logos, documentation, and platform content, remain the exclusive property of MeQuote and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any MeQuote intellectual property to you.
9. Generated Quotes and Outputs
Quotes, estimates, recommendations, analytics, and other outputs generated by MeQuote are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
You remain solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all outputs;

• Verifying pricing accuracy;

• Confirming project requirements;

• Making final commercial decisions.

MeQuote does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, profitability, or suitability of generated outputs.
10. Payments and Purchases
Where applicable, MeQuote may accept payment through approved payment providers.
All purchases, subscriptions, licenses, and service plans are subject to any separate commercial agreements entered into between you and MeQuote.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of MeQuote is also governed by the MeQuote Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that data may be processed, stored, and transferred across jurisdictions where MeQuote or its service providers operate.
12. Service Availability
MeQuote aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may:

• Perform maintenance;

• Update features;

• Modify functionality;

• Restrict access for security or operational reasons.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including:

MeQuote's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to MeQuote during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may not use MeQuote in violation of any applicable laws, sanctions programs, export controls, or trade restrictions.
MeQuote reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with prohibited jurisdictions or sanctioned individuals or entities.
16. Termination
MeQuote may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms;

• Your activities create legal, security, or operational risks;

• Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
