1. Free Trial
MeQuote offers a fourteen (14) day free trial to allow users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription.
No payment will be charged during the free trial period unless otherwise stated. Users may cancel their trial at any time before the trial expires.
At the end of the trial period, access to certain features may be restricted until a paid subscription is activated.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
By subscribing to MeQuote, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes using your chosen payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because MeQuote is a digital software service that provides immediate access to proprietary software, pricing tools, AI features, and cloud-based services, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a subscription period has commenced.
However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments;

• Accidental multiple subscriptions;

• Technical issues that prevent access to the Service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period;

• Billing errors caused by MeQuote.

Any approved refund will be issued at MeQuote's sole discretion.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not normally result in a refund of fees already paid.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Enterprise and Custom Agreements
Customers operating under a separate Enterprise Agreement, Custom Contract, or Written Proposal may be subject to alternative refund or cancellation terms contained within that agreement.
In the event of a conflict, the written agreement will prevail.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact MeQuote to allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.
